Building maintenance consists of seven maintenance technicians and the supporting tools and equipment that maintain the building envelope and systems throughout the District.

The 维护 Department supports the college in meeting its student achievement standards by maintaining a safe, 积极的, 有吸引力的环境,支持学生和员工的成功. While we are not directly involved with students earning degrees and certificates, we provide support indirect by fostering an environment conducive to student learning and achievement. The 维护 Department provide HVAC and lighting scheduling for the entire campus community including athletic and approved special events.
